Started by Jackie Joniec in 2004, the Cafe has become a fixture in the neighborhood, and has broadened its ventures into catering, picnic baskets to-go, live entertainment throughout the month, and as a launch pad for "The Next Food Network Star" finalist, Reggie Southerland. 
Comfort Cafe serves a full complement of coffee drinks and smoothies. Breakfast items
include omlettes, bagel sandwiches and our own "Flank Steak and Eggs". Sundays see an expanded breakfast menu with pancakes, scrambles, Eggs Benedict and more. Lunch items feature a variety of specialty sandwiches, paired with our home-made sides. Our prepared items case features the house favorite, Turkey Meatloaf, as well as grilled salmon filets, grilled chicken, potato salad and varieties of quiche which rotate daily.
